Aaron loves to go mountain biking. But he's only aloud to go as long as he promises not to hurt himself or die.
Aaron's all ready with his helmet and glasses and knee/shin guards. Now for an investment in arm/elbow guards.
He went to the bend area (not bachelor) where he and a buddy would ride up a ski lift, then bike back down. and do it over and over. Aaron said it was the hardest biking he'd ever done plus it required an over night trip. But he'd like to do it once a month or so next year.

Well Aaron decided to do a SUPERMAN off his bike onto some dirt. He scraped his arm up pretty good. remember what I said, now we need to invest is some elbow guards before he can go again.
