I had the opportunity to go to Seattle and see the Broadway play WICKED. Oh my oh my oh my it was amazing, outstanding, awesome! We're standing just outside the Theater in front of a huge Semi truck size poster of the play. This was our group that went to see the play it was a lot of fun. As show Left to Right. Cathy Heady (mom), Steve Heady (dad), Becca Heady (sisinlaw), Brian Heady (bro), Briana Heady (sisinlaw), Me Rebecca Lindsay, Jeanette Withers (sis), Brett Withers (broinlaw).
From my Sister's house we took a Ferry over to Seattle, then drove to park so we could go to dinner and the play. We rode together in the car As shown Left to Right. Cathy Heady (mom), Rebecca Lindsay (me), Briana Heady (sisinlaw), Jeanette Withers (sis).
This is one of the Ferrys that carry people and their vehicles from one side of the bay to the other.

Aaron New Tires
You can see how bad they really were. On the left you can see the metal cords that are showing. Aaron's tires were so BAD! They are 20K mile tires and he went 34K without blowing out. Not like we were trying to see if that would happen but now we could finally replace them.
this is So BAD for the tires and car. Plus it's starting to rain and Aaron had no traction. Snow would've been out of the question.
YES finally. after 3 yrs we got him new tires. See the tread. That's how it's Supposed to look.
what a beautiful site.

Amber's Haircut
Amber's Long Wet hair. We've been growing it for about 2 years now.
I asked her if she'd like to cut her hair. We'd been talking about it for weeks now. So I finally had an opportunity to do it.
So I did it. Aaron was the only one completely shocked that I'd done it so short. He loves Amber's hair long. I assured him it'd grow long before Amber started school next year. But he's used to it now so all is good. Not like her could do anything about it now anyway hehe.
The most important thing is that Amber Loves her hair now too. It doesn't get in her armpits anymore or stuck in her mouth and it's so much easier to brush. YAHOO!

More Ocean Pics
Since we were at the ocean for Allison's birthday we took full advantage of the beach. We had a lot of fun. Next time we're bringing a kite and some sand toys. The weather was amazing, considering it was the first of November. Wow!
Amber Loved climbing the rocks. And jumping off them if you hadn't noticed!
Starfish! What a great find. We spotted these while it was low tide. Fun for Amber to see.
HI MOM! Notice the Superman symbol carved in the sand. Aaron's so talented. Amber and I watch him do this for a high rock. Then we switched places so he could view it and take a picture. We thought my mom would enjoy this with the hi mom part.
Beauiful shot of the beach, ocean and somewhat setting sun.
Again Amber with her climbing rock thing. There were so many places to climb, she just couldn't resist. I love my little climber.

HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY ALLISON OCT 22, 2009
My big girl turned 1 on October 22nd. We Celebrated at My sister Beth's house with her husband Alan on Nov 1st.
She needed help blowing the candle out and eating it. She wasn't really in the mood for chocolate that night.
For her 1st birthday Allison got a Ball popper and an Activity Cube. She loves them and plays with them all the time.
Happy birthday to you happy birthday to you happy birthday dear Allison happy birthday to you
Here are the cupcakes I made her, with the help of Amber doing the frosting and sprinkles.
Aaron, Amber and Allison love the play in forts and small places. This is a little cubby that my sister has in her upstairs that Amber claimed as her bedroom for the couple nights that we stayed there.

Celebrating Allison's Birthday
Allison had so much fun with her daddy. As long as he was holding her she was All good.
Again, as long as mom and dad was holding Allison so was a happy camper.
This was when we had to put her down for a moment. We wanted her to walk in the sand and experiance the beach since now she could walk. She wouldn't hear of it though. The sand just didn't feel good to her. It was cold and wet and not solid enough to walk on.
Allison has proven that she can walk now. She started at 11mo and perfected it 3 days before her first birthday. This was when Allison was 11 1/2 months back in the beginning of October. She learned to walk like this. By holding onto something whether a chair, box, walker. Anything she could get her hands on.

Trip to Washington
I don't have many pictures of this trip but I went up to Washington where my sister lives and went to go see WICKED the play in Seattle with my immediate family it was amazing. I'm still trying to get pictures from family that actually had a camera there. We stayed with my sister and this picture is of Amber and her cousin Bree playing, who is about 9mo younger than Amber. They love each other so much.
Amber loves to color.
Allison loves the remote.
